Shipping Policy
General Shipping Policy
Mirrors4Makeup .com ships to locations within the lower 48 states via
UPS Ground or Fedex. All orders will be charged a $9.85 Shipping &
Handling fee which helps cover our shipping, warehousing, order handling,
credit card processing, systems and overhead costs.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S.
For order to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S., please contact
us to check if we can ship to your area and for shipping costs.
Most items are dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer to your
shipping address. Orders are processed within 2-4 days, except for holidays
and weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated
email notifying you of your shipment. The time it takes to receive your
order will depend on the manufacturer location and your shipping address.
It typically takes 10-14 days from order date to receive an order drop
shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Items available in our warehouse will be shipped from
our warehouse via UPS within one business day of order receipt. For orders
shipped from our warehouse, you should receive your order within 5 to
10 business days of order placement.
If an item is backordered by the manufacturer, you will
be notified immediately via email or phone call.
Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground
or Fedex Ground. If you would like to recieve your order faster, we can
ship your order using Next Day or 2nd Day services. Please contact
us prior to your order to check on availability of your item(s) and
to receive additional shipping costs.

Return Policy
- You many return an item within the first 30 days of receipt of goods.
All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and be in original
condition with original carton and packaging. There is a 10% restocking
fee for ALL RETURNED ITEMS. If an item is not in original condition
with all original packaging, it will not be accepted. Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items.
- Returns will only be accepted with a valid RGA (Return Goods
Authorization) number. RGA numbers may be requested via email.
The following information needs to be provided:

Order Number
Item(s) to be returned
Reason for return
Once a valid RGA number is received, this number must be clearly written
on the outside of all packages to be returned. Packages without
a valid RGA number referenced on the outside of the box will be not
be opened and will be returned to the shipper.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on
returned items.
- An item that is returned within one year of purchase for being defective
will be repaired or replaced. All items EXCEPT FOR light bulbs are offered
with a 1 year warranty.
- Please inspect your merchandise immediately and carefully upon receipt.
Any damaged merchandise received must be reported to Mirrors4Makeup.com
within 24 hours of receipt. Customer bears full responsibility
for any damages not reported within this 24 hour period.
- We will credit your original credit card used to purchase returned
item(s) for the original amount paid minus any applicable shipping &
handling charges once the return has been processed.
